Many thanks to all our international partners, and congrats to all filmmakers and producers for their wonderful contributions
to a continuously strong presence of Austrian filmmaking worldwide.
It was our pleasure at AUSTRIAN FILMS to accompany no less than 23 Austrian feature-length films which celebrated their world
or international premieres, thirteen of them at the most prestigious and absolutely essential festivals for global promotion.
Marie Kreutzer was Oscar shortlisted with CORSAGE and nominated for the BAFTA in the Best International Film category, Markus Binder won the European Excellency Award in the Original Score category for the music of CLUB ZERO.
In the summer of 2023, the international festivals in Jerusalem and Sarajevo created an Austrian focus within their festival programs.
